OMA New York is looking for Senior Architects to join our office.
In this role, you will contribute to projects across all phases, with a strong emphasis on the Construction Administration (CA) phase for projects based in the United States. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate exceptional technical expertise, deep hands‑on CA experience, strong site and field coordination skills, and robust communication skills, and who can operate at the highest professional level.
Candidates should have experience in developing client relationships, leading and mentoring a team, and completing high quality work through all project phases. Senior Architects will work directly with consultants to produce comprehensive design packages, in close collaboration with OMA Associates and Partners.
You will work closely with Project Leaders and design teams to establish and develop the project design direction, produce and coordinate technical documentation, and oversee project realization. Depending on project needs and your experience, you may also lead teams responsible for specific aspects of a project.
