Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in architectural production for commercial, retail, or industrial projects.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proficient in Revit and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the technical design and production process from concept through construction.
• Coordinate and oversee project teams to deliver design solutions meeting client specifications.
• Serve as the technical authority for project teams and clients.
• Ensure QA/QC of construction documents with detail accuracy and buildability.
• Mentor and support the growth of junior staff through hands-on guidance.
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers and other disciplines to deliver services.
