Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years as an Architectural Specifications Writer or Technical Architect.
• Proficiency with CSI MasterFormat, SectionFormat, and PageFormat.
• Working knowledge of major building codes and sustainability frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and maintain architectural specifications.
• Coordinate specifications with drawings for accuracy.
• Support QA/QC reviews of construction documents.
