Job summary

Pax8 seeks a Senior Architect, Revenue Technology to shape the architecture of our revenue tech ecosystem across the United States. This remote role requires guiding integrations across CRM, marketing automation, events, and partner platforms with a strong focus on scalable, secure design.

You will lead technical discussions, mentor teams, and help Pax8 leverage AI-enabled, data-driven approaches to growth while ensuring compliance and data protection across our global operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing enterprise CRM and marketing tech ecosystems.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Strong experience designing marketing automation environments and lead management.
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Experience leading technical design discussions across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long-term architecture strategy for our revenue technology stack, ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
• Design and govern integrations across CRM, marketing automation, event management, and internal systems.
• Lead architectural reviews for strategic initiatives balancing configuration, customization, and third-party solutions.
• Collaborate with business leaders, admins, developers, and operations to translate requirements into robust designs.
• Establish architectural standards for data design, security, governance, and platform lifecycle management.
• Drive enterprise-wide data governance ensuring quality, consistency, and visibility across critical systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across Salesforce, marketing tech, and revenue ops teams.
• Identify opportunities to modernize platforms and reduce technical debt.
