Job Juncture represents a premier architecture firm in Manhattan seeking a Senior Job Captain with 10+ years of ambulatory care and inpatient project experience. You will lead drawing production from schematic through construction documents and coordinate with consultants.

The role requires strong knowledge of NYC/ NYS Building Codes, ADA compliance, and healthcare guidelines, plus proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam. On-site collaboration in NYC is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of continuous project documentation experience in ambulatory care and inpatient projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of architectural drawings from schematic design through construction documents.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year

Our architecture firm client is an award-winning provider of innovative design solutions. They have an immediate need within their Healthcare Division for a Senior Job Captain Professional with 10+ years of experience working on inpatient and ambulatory care projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in DOB and DOH code review, and building analysis
• Proficient in computer assisted design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam
• Interface with the clients and consultants
• Lead the production of the architectural set of drawings from schematic design through construction documents
• Coordination of architectural documents with other consultants
• Review and markup architectural documents
• Respond to RFI’s during the GC Bidding phase
• Review and process of shop drawings and submittals during construction administration
• Respond to RFI’s during construction
• Attend construction administration meetings and write field reports

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of continuous project documentation experience in ambulatory care and inpatient projects
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficient in computer assisted design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam
• A strong understanding and experience with NYC and NYS Building Codes, ADA compliance, NFPA 2012 for Healthcare, FGI 2018 Guidelines, filing strategies, and base building infrastructure

Annual Salary Range*:$90K to $130K
