• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Assist in DOB and DOH code review, and building analysis.
• Interface with the clients and consultants.
• Lead the production of the architectural set of drawings from schematic design through construction documents.
• Coordination of architectural documents with other consultants.
• Review and markup architectural documents.
• Respond to RFI’s during the GC Bidding phase.
• Review and process of shop drawings and submittals during construction administration.
• Respond to RFI’s during construction.
• Attend construction administration meetings and write field reports.

Our architecture firm client is an award-winning provider of innovative design solutions. They have an immediate need within their Healthcare Division for a Senior Job Captain Professional with 10+ years of experience working on inpatient and ambulatory care projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in DOB and DOH code review, and building analysis
• Proficient in computer assisted design software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Bluebeam
• Interface with the clients and consultants
