Job summary

BRPH is seeking an Architect for our Melbourne, Florida Headquarters. The role involves performing and assisting with architectural tasks across projects, applying advanced knowledge of design, codes, and construction techniques.

You will coordinate with disciplines, prepare drawings and specs, and monitor site progress while mentoring junior staff. A Registered Architect with 8 years of experience and fluency in industry software is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited four-year college or university.
Eight years of experience in architecture.
Must have passed the exam and be certified as a Registered Architect.
Technically competent to sign and seal construction documents.
US Citizen or Permanent Resident status.

Responsibilities

Performs assignments utilizing professional architectural knowledge and standard techniques under supervision.
Coordinate with other disciplines and resolve conflicts in the design process.
Prepare project specifications, plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
Visit construction sites to monitor progress and perform admin duties.
Mentor junior staff to reduce documentation errors and support quality standards.
