TRG Architecture + Interior Design is seeking a Senior Architect / Senior Project Manager to lead high-end residential projects from concept through construction in a close-knit studio. The role collaborates with the interiors team to ensure a cohesive design direction across concepts, finishes, and furnishings.

In this senior position, you will mentor junior staff, help shape studio standards, and contribute to the practice's growth while coordinating with clients and consultants through all

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• 8+ years of professional high-end residential experience.
• Strong design ability with space planning and building systems.
• Proficiency in Rhino or SketchUp; AutoCAD; Revit; Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiar with California residential practice, codes, and permitting.
• CA architectural license preferred or eligibility for ARE.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential projects from concept through construction.
• Develop projects through all architectural phases (PD, DD, CD, CA).
• Present designs to clients and guide decisions per phase.
• Coordinate with consultants, support permitting and construction admin.
• Review junior staff work and mentor them.
• Contribute to studio direction and standards as a senior member.
