Job summary
Weston & Sampson Engineers Inc. is seeking a senior architectural leader to manage design projects for the Facility group.
You will lead multi-disciplinary teams from programming through construction administration and mentor junior staff, while engaging with clients to define project scopes and budgets. The ideal candidate has 16+ years of experience, is fluent in REVIT/BIM, and holds an architectural license with a professional degree.
Qualifications
- 16+ years of experience as a productive member of a project design team.
- REVIT/BIM fluency is mandatory; AutoCAD desirable.
- K-12/educational project experience is desirable.
- Ability to lead a project team and coordinate with multiple disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of building codes.
Responsibilities
- Manage architectural design projects within the Facility group’s clients.
- Lead multi-disciplinary project teams from planning through construction administration.
- Develop proposals and respond to client requests and scopes of work.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the growth of the Architectural practice.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to deliver construction documents.
