Job summary

You will set durable architecture across these surfaces, raise engineering standards, and shape agentic experiences for diagnosing and acting on insights.

Qualifications

• 12+ years building and operating large-scale distributed systems or governance platforms.
• Proven track record as a technical leader in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong CS fundamentals and real-world high-throughput problem solving.
• Experience with observability, telemetry pipelines, query analytics, or data governance.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term technical direction across three surfaces and own multi-year architecture.
• Design and lead high-impact projects improving performance, reliability, and cost transparency.
• Build agentic observability and governance experiences for users and automated agents.
• Mentor senior engineers, drive engineering standards, and recruit top talent.
