Job summary
EXP Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Architect in Chicago, IL with 10+ years of architectural experience and an active architectural license.
The role focuses on life sciences, industrial, laboratories and healthcare facilities, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams across projects from concept to construction. You will lead design development, ensure compliance with codes and standards, and manage client presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in architecture from an accredited university.
- Must have Architectural License.
- Experience within life sciences, industrial, laboratories and healthcare preferred.
- 10+ years of experience required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the technical development of projects from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents and Construction Phase.
- Coordinate with multi-discipline teams of architects and engineers, in-house and subconsultants, to maintain design concept within budget.
- Develop presentation documents and participate in client presentations.
- Manage design, production and coordination of nationwide projects from the Chicago, IL office.
