Ideal candidates have 10+ years of architectural experience, a degree in Architecture, and RA licensure preferred. This role emphasizes mentorship, project delivery, and collaboration within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in architecture.

• RA licence preferred; licensure may be required for project roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare projects from early design through construction.
• Develop design concepts, construction documents, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure designs meet codes and healthcare standards.
• Mentor junior staff and support team development.
• Support project delivery, design reviews, and client presentations.
