The ideal candidate has 15+ years of architectural production for commercial/retail/industrial projects, strong Revit skills, and RA registration preferred; construction administration experience is a plus, with hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Professional RA registration strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit and construction documentation.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the technical design and production process from concept through construction.
• Coordinate and oversee project teams to deliver design solutions meeting client specifications.
• Serve as the technical authority and primary resource for project teams and clients.
• Ensure quality assurance and control of construction documents.
• Mentor and support the growth of junior staff through hands-on guidance and technical training.
