TYG, a Philadelphia-based multidisciplinary firm, seeks an experienced Senior Architect to lead complex projects from design through delivery and to guide studio strategy.

The role requires mentoring project teams, coordinating with clients and consultants, supervising construction documentation, and delivering high-quality technical leadership across healthcare, academic, or institutional sectors. Registered Architect is required; Revit and Bluebeam proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Registered Architect required.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam; AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from design through delivery.
• Develop and implement project strategies that align design, technical, schedule, and client objectives.
• Oversee project documentation, coordination, quality, and technical delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide design and technical leadership across project teams.
• Lead Construction Administration, including RFIs, submittals, and site observations.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to technical standards and studio initiatives.
