Job summary

Vestal Corporation is seeking a Senior Architect to lead a team of Architects and manage client relationships throughout design and construction. The role involves planning, designing, and observing building facilities to ensure high quality outcomes.

The successful candidate will develop construction documents, ensure code compliance, and collaborate with PM, engineers, and clients to deliver elegant, efficient solutions while upholding Vestal Corporation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
• NCARB Architectural Registration required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in architecture or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Architects and manage client relationships.
• Plan, design, and observe construction of building facilities.
• Develop schematic, design development, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with codes, ADA, and project specifications.
• Collaborate with PM, engineers, and team to deliver design solutions.
• Support business development with proposal renderings and exhibits.
