Job summary

Vestal Corporation is seeking an Architectural Intern to assist with architecture tasks, utilizing Revit/BIM to prepare and modify documents, elevations, details, and related drawings. You will help develop design solutions following standards and contribute to integrated sustainability goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with other interns, adherence to quality control procedures, and a proactive approach to organizational objectives within a Vestal office setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, facilitation, teamwork, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Experience or willingness to learn AutoCAD and Revit is preferred.
• Ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and modifies architectural documents, elevations, sections, details using Revit/BIM.
• Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.
• Incorporates Integrated Sustainable Design solutions into projects.
• Engage with other interns across the enterprise as part of the Summer Internship Program.
• Comply with Vestal Corporation’s Quality Control and Project Management procedures.
• Promote a positive working environment to achieve organizational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
