Job summary

Gordon Prill, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA invites a Senior Architect to lead complex industrial and technology projects from inception to construction documents.

You will collaborate with in-house architects, engineers, and construction managers to deliver innovative facilities for aerospace, biotech, and university markets. The ideal candidate has a CA license and 10+ years in architectural design or PM, with experience in labs and clean rooms.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect in California.
• 10 years minimum Architectural Design or Project Management experience.
• Experience with Labs, Clean Rooms and Industrial projects.
• Ability to own a project from start to finish with team oversight through design development.
• Knowledge of Title 24, CBC and local Building and Fire Codes.

Responsibilities

• Own a project from inception through construction documents.
• Oversee execution of the team and consultants through design development.
• Represent the company as project contact with clients and end-users.
• Communicate clearly to direct a team of architects, engineers, and consultants to deliver drawings and reports.
