Job summary

Hargrove seeks an experienced Architect to design and prepare building plans under general supervision. Responsibilities include presenting designs, inspecting projects, and ensuring compliance with codes and client requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor or Master of Science in Architecture, 10+ years of experience, and Registered Architect status preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of architectural experience required.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Present project design to leaders for review and provide recommendations.
• Participate in final inspection and advise on construction acceptance.
• Review building plans for aesthetics, code compliance, and accessibility.
• Prepare reports and correspondence related to projects.
• Research, plan, design and supervise construction per client needs and resources.
• Consult with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements and estimate costs and timelines.
