Job summary

Introba is seeking an Associate, Senior Architect to join our Growing Team at our St. Louis location.

The Associate will provide architectural design and construction administration from inception to completion, serving as Introba’s primary contact for projects and coordinating all disciplines to meet goals, timeframes, and budgets. The role requires strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, government/healthcare project experience (preferred), and the ability to manage bids, permits, and close-out

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 8+ years of experience; NCARB desired.
• Diverse market experience; Government and/or Healthcare experience desired.
• Broad exposure to a variety of building types and delivery methods.
• Proficient to Advanced in Revit (2025); AutoCAD proficiency.
• MasterSpec format experience.
• Strong report writing and design analysis skills.
• Bluebeam PDF editing proficiency.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, OneDrive, Construct (BIM 360), and Teams.
• Enscape or similar 3D modeling software experience desired.
• Experience with Federal projects requiring UFGS criteria desired.

Responsibilities

• Research, plans, designs, and administers building projects with knowledge of codes and materials.
• Coordinate site, interiors, structural and MEPFP disciplines into unified design and produce drawings and specs.
• Prepare submittals for government approvals and permits.
• Assist client in bids and during construction administration.
• Oversee project schedule, budgets, and staffing needs.
• Mentor assigned workforce and ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with client and consultants throughout project phases.
• Assist in project close-out and record drawings.
