NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Architect for GPUs and SoCs to lead modeling, analysis and validation efforts across architecture teams. You will work with world-class engineers to design, implement and validate models, and to develop tests and tooling that ensure high performance and efficiency.

The NVIDIA Architecture Modelling group is looking for architects and software developers to join our various architecture efforts. A key part of NVIDIA's strength is to innovate in the graphics and parallel computing fields, delivering the highest performance in the world for high-performance computing. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our GPU architecture and maintain our leadership. In this position, you will be working with other world-class architects on modeling, analysis and validation of chip architectures and features that advance the state of art in performance and efficiency.
NVIDIA's invention of the GPU 1999 sparked the growth of the PC gaming market, redefined modern computer graphics, and revolutionized parallel computing. More recently, GPU deep learning ignited modern AI - the next era of computing - with the GPU acting as the brain of computers, robots, and self-driving cars that can perceive and understand the world. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 4, and 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD for Level 5.
