Dennis Group is a design/build engineering firm and general contractor focused on food and beverage processing facilities. The Architect will contribute to all phases from programming through construction administration, applying sanitary design and building technology.

The role involves collaboration with project managers and engineers, with travel up to 25% to client facilities and construction sites. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required; Revit is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.
• Architectural license desired with LEED accreditation a plus.
• Experience with building codes, specifications, building and engineering systems.

Aufgaben

• Prepare programming and concept development documentation meeting client needs and budget.
• Establish budget, task schedule, and project work plan with the Project Manager.
• Perform code reviews, zoning, accessibility, and life-safety analyses.
• Create design and architectural detailing including site planning, elevations, and sections.
• Produce schematic design, development, and construction documents; support decisions with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate documents and specs across disciplines for construction documentation.
• Maintain office architectural standards and production tools.
• Support construction administration duties: RFI/RFP, change orders, on-site observations.
