CVS Health is seeking a senior leader to own and drive the Exposure Management program, setting architectural direction for remediation of vulnerabilities across IT, cloud, SaaS, identity, and OT/medical-device estates.

You will design end-to-end data architecture, unify exposure visibility, and build ML/GenAI capabilities to accelerate discovery, prioritization, validation, remediation, and incident response while reducing manual effort and cost.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in technical roles with cross-functional influence
• 10+ years bridging deep technical work and business strategy
• 8+ years automating data/ML systems in production
• 5+ years setting multi-year technical strategy and roadmaps
• Experience transforming operations to automated, real-time workflows

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation of exposure management from batch workflows to continuous, near real-time operations
• Design and deliver automation, ML, and GenAI capabilities for exposure management
• Own end-to-end data architecture for exposure management
• Architect unified exposure view across vulnerability scanning and CTI tooling
• Define outcome-based exposure metrics and executive/ regulatory reporting
• Build automated remediation and mobilization pipelines across teams
• Set multi-year architectural roadmap and data architecture direction
• Mentor engineers and architects across security engineering
• Represent the enterprise externally on exposure management and applied AI/ML in security
