Job summary

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate disciplines, and push innovative, sustainable design solutions across projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in architectural design.
• Degree in Architecture; licensure preferred.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion within scope, deadlines, and budgets.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and clients to set project goals and deliverables.
• Develop innovative design solutions meeting regulatory requirements and client needs.
• Prepare design documents, drawings, specifications, and project manuals with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate design disciplines (structural, MEP, civil) to ensure integration and issue resolution.
• Communicate with clients, maintain relationships, and address feedback throughout the project.
• Review and approve all design phases to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
• Mentor junior architects and designers, providing guidance and feedback.
• Lead project teams, allocate resources, and ensure efficient cross-discipline collaboration.
• Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and community engagement.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to verify design intent during construction.
• Integrate sustainable design and high-performance building strategies into projects.
