Qualifikationen

• U.S. Citizenship required. Degree in Architecture, OR a related field that included 60 semester hours of course work in architecture or related disciplines of which at least (1) 30 semester hours were in architectural design, and (2) 6 semester hours were in each of the following: structural technology, properties of materials and methods of construction, and environmental control systems.

Aufgaben

• Perform as a professional architect in planning and designing substantial new construction, renovation, and improvement projects on real property facilities.
• Provide cultural resources support.
• Coordinate the preparation of and reviews A&E statements of work (SOW) and coordinate projects with engineers in other disciplines.
• Serve as a consulting architect on all design aspects of assigned projects.
• On occasion, perform work in construction management, program/base development, and/or operations and maintenance functions.
