Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Director of Commercial Data & Analytics Architecture to own the architecture of Pfizer's governed analytics data and semantic layer, enabling brand analytics, forecasting, data science products, and AI agents.

You will set standards, drive federated development, review code, and prototype new capabilities, staying hands-on as a coder and architect within an enterprise-scale data ecosystem.

Qualifications

• High proficiency in SQL and Python with production coding experience.
• Experience designing and enforcing data contracts and semantic layers.
• Deep experience with modern cloud data warehouses and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of Pfizer's governed commercial analytics data and semantic layer.
• Publish and maintain standards, reference implementations, and architecture decision logs.
• Partner with enterprise platform teams and vendors on data layer requirements.
