American Electric Power (AEP) seeks a Sr Architect Staff, Customer Digital Solutions to define the technology architecture, capability strategy, and AI-enabled delivery model for the Customer Digital Platforms portfolio.

This leader connects business strategy, customer experience, product direction, enterprise architecture, engineering practices, and portfolio execution across web, mobile, chat, call center technology, and Gigawatt Customer.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years in technology leadership in enterprise or portfolio architecture.
• Experience defining AI-enabled delivery, architecture strategy, and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge of security, cloud, data, and integration across platforms.

Mansioni

• Define and govern multi-year roadmap and architecture across web, mobile, chat, and related platforms.
• Lead AI-DLC practices, guardrails, and human decision points for safe AI-enabled delivery.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, DevSecOps, Security, and Operations to ensure portfolio outcomes.
• Develop and maintain capability maps, reference architectures, and technology standards.
• Drive portfolio governance, investment decisions, and modernization priorities.
