Top Five Roles:

1. Mentors project staff in the development of appropriate cartoon sets for deliverable phases in alignment with ACI Boland's Collaborative Design Process.
2. Serves as an oversight Quality Assurance figure across multiple projects to help ensure deliverables meet the technical expectations of jurisdictions, regulatory agencies, and ACI Boland.
3. Collaborates closely with studio project managers and principals to maintain quality, content, and adherence to sound architectural practices in deliverables.
4. Acts as a Quality Control resource and reviewer at phase ends, providing timely feedback and guidance to correct omissions or errors in review sets.
5. Supports the project manager throughout projects, including leading teams and providing schematic and planning leadership early in projects.

Top Five Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the initiation of projects in accordance with ACI Boland standards.
2. Communicate closely with the Project Management team regarding project status, deliverables, and schedule adherence. Manage the product directly if assigned. May act as Job Captain on significant or priority projects.
3. Provide senior advice and counsel to both Project Managers and Job Captains during project development.
4. Conduct QA reviews as required by the Project Manager, including drawing and specification products.
5. Offer additional expertise during construction when required, including providing direct Construction Administration (CA) services when assigned.
