Zusammenfassung

ERM is seeking a Managing Technical Consultant, Archaeologist to lead cultural resources programs across the Great Basin and the United States. The role emphasizes technical leadership, mentorship, and delivering high-quality regulatory reports.

Based in Nevada with preference for Elko area, the position involves frequent travel, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and advancing ERM’s cultural resources services with clients in energy and infrastructure sectors.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, or closely related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of related paid experience.
• Secretary of the Interior-qualified archaeologist listed as a Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA).
• Experience leading inventory, survey, testing, and data recovery in the Great Basin.
• Experience as author/reviewer on agency-reviewed technical reports (NEPA, CRTP, etc.).
• Willingness to travel to field sites across the Great Basin.

• Lead archaeological investigations and regulatory deliverables across the Great Basin and US.
• Ensure quality and technical excellence across projects and reports.
• Mentor archaeologists and support team growth and client relationships.
• Support business development and expand ERM’s market share in cultural resources.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on sustainable client solutions.
