WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Archaeologist to join our Southwest offices and lead archaeological investigations, reporting, and fieldwork coordination across diverse projects.

The role requires 5+ years in archaeology, strong NHPA/NEPA knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with federal and state agencies while traveling about 30% of the time. Excellent communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Archaeology, Anthropology, or related field is required.
• 5–7+ years of professional level archaeology experience.
• Meet Secretary of the Interior’s Professional Qualification Standards for archaeology.

Responsabilités

• Conduct archaeology investigations and prepare reports.
• Manage fieldwork scheduling and documentation for SW projects.
• Contribute to NEPA-compliant documentation development.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients across public and private sectors.
• Work with federal and state agencies to develop Programmatic Agreements.
• Travel ~30% overnight within the SW region.
• Prepare proposals for internal and external clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Code of Conduct.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
