Zusammenfassung

ERM is seeking a Managing Technical Consultant, Archaeologist to lead complex cultural resource projects across the United States. You will oversee multidisciplinary teams, guide project delivery from planning through completion, and partner with regulatory stakeholders to ensure compliance while expanding ERM’s cultural resources footprint.

The role requires a graduate degree in Anthropology or Archaeology with 8+ years of experience, strong consulting skills, and the ability to mentor staff.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate degree in Anthropology or Archaeology plus 8+ years of paid experience.
• Ability to obtain archaeological and cultural resource permits.
• Experience authoring agency-reviewed technical reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage teams and work independently with limited travel.

Aufgaben

• Oversee literature reviews, field reconnaissance, surveys, and excavations.
• Provide technical consulting to grow ERM's archaeology business.
• Collaborate with other practice areas across ERM nationwide.
• Represent ERM with state, federal, and local agencies.
• Lead, manage performance, and mentor personnel.
• Prepare proposals and manage projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
