Job summary

ERM seeks a Managing Technical Consultant, Archaeologist to lead multi-disciplinary cultural resource projects across the United States. You will oversee studies, mentor archaeologists, and advise clients on regulatory and technical aspects while expanding ERM’s national presence.

Successful candidates bring a graduate degree in Anthropology/Archaeology with 8+ years of experience, strong reporting and business development skills, and the ability to travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Ability to obtain archaeological permits and lead reports.
• Strong proposal writing and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee archaeological studies from planning to completion.
• Provide technical consulting to grow ERM’s archaeology business across the U.S.
• Mentor teams and collaborate with multi-disciplinary professionals.
• Represent ERM in meetings with agencies and clients.
• Manage projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
