Job summary

Esri is seeking an experienced Instructor to empower customers with ArcGIS through hands-on training, live instruction, and hybrid sessions. You will partner with organizations to scale ArcGIS usage across departments and demonstrate the strategic value of GIS.

The role spans multiple industries, travels within the US and internationally, and relocations to Minneapolis are supported. You will help customers grow skills, productivity, and confidence while ensuring sustainable GIS workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience leveraging Esri's software capabilities.
• 5 of those years should be in ArcGIS Enterprise or Enterprise Geodatabases
• 2 of those years should include classroom facilitation and instructional delivery
• Visa sponsorship is not available; authorized to work in the US

Responsibilities

• Grow user skills through training programs (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) and address skill gaps.
• Ensure sustainable GIS workflows by guiding customers in design and implementation.
• Expand ArcGIS adoption by identifying use cases and delivering workshops.
• Communicate GIS impact with narratives and visuals, collaborating with content teams.
