Job summary

The F. A. Bartlett Tree Expert Company is seeking an Arborist Crew Leader in Hooksett, NH. You will lead a tree care crew, perform all services safely, and elevate team performance through training and mentorship.

Responsibilities include supervising pruning, rigging, removals, and equipment operation while ensuring adherence to industry standards and client satisfaction. This role emphasizes collaboration and safety in outdoor work year-round.

Qualifications

• A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors.
• At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience.
• Valid driver's license (Class B CDL preferred).

Responsibilities

• Safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks including pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, removals.
• Maintaining and operating equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, aerial lifts).
• Supervising crews, training teammates for each job assignment, and ensuring safety/standards.
