Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 4–6 years in accounts receivable with at least 1–2 years in a lead role.
• Experience with collections, reconciliations, and process improvement.
• Experience with SAP/Oracle/NetSuite ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee billing, payment application, aging tracking, and collections.
• Perform reconciliations, AR forecasting, and month-end close support.
• Investigate disputes and misapplied payments with Sales and other departments.
• Monitor DSO and cash targets; lead collection efforts.
• Prepare weekly/monthly AR reports and maintain AR records.
