Behavioral Health Group (BHG) in Dallas, TX is seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to support claims, payments, and verifications within the Revenue Cycle Department. This role focuses on ensuring correct billing and timely reimbursements.

This hybrid position requires two in-office days. You will review claims, verify eligibility, submit in the proper sequence, and provide updates and reports on the financial health of the centers.

Qualifications

• Denial management and Excel skills required.
• Strong communication, integrity and judgment essential.
• Experience in billing, front desk, admissions or collections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review claims data to ensure 3rd party billing requirements are met.
• Submit claims in an organized sequence to achieve reimbursement.
• Investigate denied claims and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Post payments and adjustments; balance deposits daily.
• Generate reporting on financial stability for centers.
