Job summary

ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Accounts Receivable Analyst in Princeton, NJ to support cash application, reconciliation, collections and disputes. You will work across Finance, Sales, Customer Service and Trade Finance to resolve issues and improve cash flow.

The role covers month-end close, AR reporting, reserve analysis and documentation. Hybrid work schedule; strong Excel and ERP skills, including SAP/SAP S/4HANA, are important for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• 3–5 years in AR, credit & collections, cash application or related finance function.
• Pharmaceutical or biotech experience preferred and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments and resolve unapplied cash.
• Reconcile accounts, investigate payment/invoice discrepancies.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue balances.
• Manage deductions, disputes, chargebacks and pricing discrepancies.
• Prepare AR reports, aging analyses, and journals for close.
• Support month-end close, reserves, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Trade Finance to resolve issues.
• Assist with AR system implementations and process improvements.
