Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead our aquatic programs and supervise lifeguards and instructors across indoor and outdoor pools. You will ensure member safety, deliver outstanding customer service, and train Aquatics Team Members.

The role emphasizes coaching, program development, facility cleanliness, and promotion of Life Time swim programs while adhering to safety certifications and procedures. Strong communication and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• 1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience and 1 year lifeguarding experience.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• StarGuardElite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certifications (or bridge to StarGuard when current cert expires).

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming.
• Promotes Life Time swim program.
