Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a lead finance professional to oversee AP1000 project financial control, forecasting, budgeting and reporting. Situated at Cranberry Township, PA or Waltz Mill-Madison, PA, with a hybrid work schedule. You will report to the Controller, APX Projects North America and EMEA.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of finance experience, including accounting principles and internal controls; SAP, BPC and BW experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years broad based finance experience (10+ years typical).
• Knowledge of accounting theory, GAAP, internal controls and financial concepts.
• Experience with SAP, BPC and Business Warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial oversight and decision support to the Project Director and APX Finance Management team.
• Partner with Project Management and Project Controls to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Coordinate with other finance teams for overall project financial management.
• Provide periodic reporting to ensure compliance and timely funding.
• Establish and oversee invoicing per internal controls and contractual requirements.
• Lead development, preparation and delivery of the annual business plan.
• Lead monthly closing, forecasting and reporting; analyze variances and trends.
• Recommend and review accounting entries for Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
