Qualifications

• 5+ years in Engineering field (Quality, Design, Manufacturing).
• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead Corrective and Preventive Actions using a systematic approach.

Responsibilities

• Work with Design and Project Engineering on new eyewear models.
• Lead product failure analysis using systematic root cause analysis.
• Coordinate international teams for procedural alignment.
