Carnival Corporation is seeking a Sr. Application Security Engineer to implement, operate and maintain software security capabilities across our global brands in a cloud-based environment.

You will automate governance, build cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes clusters, and perform security reviews to ensure policy compliance. The role emphasizes collaboration with development and operations teams to advance a security culture, drive secure software delivery, and safeguard guests and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SWE, math or similar with 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on work with security tools (SAST/DAST) and secure coding practices.
• Experience with cloud-native apps, CI/CD, and containerization.

Responsibilities

• Program, engineer, implement, and administer IT security controls and tools.
• Consult with developers to test software vulnerabilities from scanners and bug bounties.
• Automate governance processes for easy adoption by development teams.
• Develop and maintain cloud infra and Kubernetes clusters with IaC.
