Job summary

The Trade Desk in Seattle is seeking an Applied Scientist/Data Scientist to own research and application of state-of-the-art statistical techniques for retail conversion data. You will explore data sources, build buyer and conversion reports, and scale attributed numbers with careful handling of bias and uncertainty.

Strong background in Python, SQL, PySpark and experience with production data pipelines is essential.

• Experience building statistical solutions and data pipelines at scale.
• Able to own a project end to end and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own retail conversion datasets end to end and ensure data integrity.
• Develop data pipelines from diverse retail sources for measurement use.
• Apply statistics to scale and project measurement numbers and impute missing data.
