Qualifications

• 10+ years of building large-scale ML/AI solutions at Internet scale.
• Master's degree in Computer Science with focus on ML/AI/Statistics.
• Experience distilling informal customer requirements into problem definitions, dealing with ambiguity and competing objectives.
• Proven track record hiring and leading experienced scientists as well as developing junior members from academia or industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PVPD ML/AI systems optimizing the user content discovery experience.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to balance customer delight and business goals.
• Build AI/optimization solutions at scale and guide teams.
• Recruit and mentor senior scientists and grow a high-performing team.
