Job summary

Blee, an AI-first marketing content compliance platform, seeks an Applied Scientist to architect multi-agent systems and robust AI/ML pipelines. You will work with foundational and custom models to surface, track, and explain compliance signals, shaping the next generation of intelligent compliance.

In this role you’ll fine-tune models, engineer prompts, and evaluate performance while collaborating with product and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied ML/AI engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of agent-based architectures and orchestration frameworks.
• Strong Python; proficiency with APIs, microservices, distributed systems.
• ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face.
• LLM experience: fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG, evaluation.
• Background in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and training pipelines.
• Production ML: model serving, monitoring, A/B testing, data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-agent systems – design frameworks that integrate foundational LLMs and custom models to power intelligent compliance workflows.
• Build and optimize AI/ML pipelines – fine-tuning, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks.
• Ensure explainability and traceability – create mechanisms for transparent flagging linked to rules and data assets.
• Automate compliance rule translation – transform rules into agent-ready logic paths.
• Design, train, and fine-tune models – improve accuracy using user feedback and outcomes data.
• Design model evaluation and monitoring infrastructure – ensure reliability and auditability across deployments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally – work with Product Engineers to integrate AI features via APIs and data pipelines.
• Stay current on AI/ML advances – prototype new techniques for the platform.
