Qualifications

• 3+ years of building ML models for business applications.
• PhD or Master’s + 6+ years of applied research experience.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Experience with neural deep learning methods and ML.

Responsibilities

• Conduct deep data analysis to derive business insights and identify opportunities.
• Develop scalable machine-learning models and optimization strategies.
• Run regular A/B tests, gather data, and perform statistical analysis.
• Collaborate with software engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions to production.
• Improve scalability and automation of large-scale data analytics and model training.
• Research new ML modeling and GenAI solutions to optimize SPB.
