Unity is seeking a Senior Applied Scientist to build and maintain advanced systems for understanding user behaviour across applications. You will enhance ad ranking, conversion predictions, and recommendations to enable richer models and smarter bidding strategies.

The role requires a MS/PhD in a relevant field and 5+ years’ experience with large-scale ads delivery. Strong coding skills in Python/Go/Scala/C++ are essential; applicants should be comfortable communicating with cross-functional

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in CS, ML, Statistics or related field.
• 5+ years building and operating large-scale Ads delivery and optimization systems.
• 3+ years in content understanding, behaviour modelling, user profiling, and cohort analysis.
• Strong programming experience in Python, Go, Scala, C++ or similar.
• Knowledge of metric design, experimentation methodologies, and large-scale data analysis.

Responsibilities
