CoreWeave in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an experienced ML researcher/engineer to advance continuous learning in production. You will push research ideas, validate them on real customer tasks, and work within a GPU-rich OpenPipe team to scale self-improving agents.

The role demands strong Python skills, deep ML expertise, and experience with PyTorch/JAX, CUDA, and deploying models in production. You’ll balance technical risk with market impact while shaping our roadmap and mentoring others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in machine learning, or a PhD with 2+ years of industry experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and hands on experience with PyTorch or JAX.
• Strong understanding of LLM post-training techniques, including supervised fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and on-policy distillation.
• Experience developing, evaluating, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Generate and investigate research ideas toward solving remaining obstacles to continuous learning in production.
• Validate research directions across real customer tasks with the broader OpenPipe team.
• Collaborate on GPU-driven workloads and practical deployment considerations.
