Job summary

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, ML, Statistics, Mathematics or related field; PhD is preferred.
8+ years delivering applied AI/ML solutions in production with leadership experience.
Strong grounding in statistical learning, ML, DL and large language models.
Proven KPI frameworks, experimentation, and causal analysis experience.
Experience mentoring senior researchers and engineers; high standards for code quality.

Responsibilities

Define the technical strategy and long-term roadmaps for cross-functional AI/ML programs.
Architect end-to-end AI/ML systems across data, model development, deployment and monitoring.
Lead model development lifecycle from concept to production with rapid prototyping and A/B testing.
Establish ROI metrics, experimentation strategies, and causal analyses to guide investments.
Mentor scientists and engineers and drive collaboration with product, governance and security.
