You will lead cross-functional collaborations, champion responsible AI practices, and work with senior leadership to accelerate GEICO's AI transformation from Palo Alto and beyond.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years delivering production AI/ML solutions.
• Proven end-to-end model development and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong KPI, experimentation, and causal analysis experience.
• Excellent communication with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define technical strategy and long-term AI/ML roadmap.
• Architect end-to-end AI/ML systems across data, models, deployment.
• Mentor scientists and engineers; drive high standards.
• Partner with senior leadership to align AI investments with business outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional collaborations across product, engineering, data, legal, security.
