Job summary

Chase is seeking an Applied AI Modeling Senior Associate to build and deploy advanced AI/ML models that improve banker sales effectiveness and customer outcomes in the Consumer Bank AI Modeling team. You will partner with product, UX, operations, and technology to translate modeling innovation into field-ready tools bankers trust and adopt.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (MS or PhD).
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production.
• Proficient in Python with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries (NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Pandas).
• Strong ability to translate model outputs to actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch AI/ML models for Consumer Banking, focusing on sales effectiveness and banker enablement.
• Lead end-to-end modeling engagements: define use cases, success metrics, project plans, manage large datasets.
• Translate model outputs into clear recommendations and drive adoption with non-technical partners.
