Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Consumer Bank AI Modeling team develops advanced analytics and ML solutions to inform decisions on field workforce, customer engagement, and banker-led growth.

As an Applied AI Modeling Senior Associate, you will build and deploy AI/ML models that measurably improve banker sales effectiveness and customer outcomes, translating results for non-technical partners and working with governance, risk, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline such as CS, statistics, ML, econometrics, OR, or applied mathematics.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production.
• Proficient in Python with TensorFlow or PyTorch and core libraries; notebooks and cloud compute.
• Strong ability to communicate modeling concepts to non-technical partners.
• Experience with governance, risk, and model reviews; scalable deployment and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch AI/ML models addressing consumer banking problems (sales, retention, cross-sell).
• Participate in end-to-end modeling engagements from scoping to measurement and adoption.
• Translate model outputs into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with governance, risk, controls teams; monitor drift and ensure regulatory compliance.
